Killingworth Summer Camp

Back in 2026!

Join us this summer for two weeks of camp at Deer Lake Outdoor Center in Killingworth, CT, including day camp for kids age 5-14 and Coyote Pups mini-camp on Tuesdays and Thursdays for caregivers with their little one age 0-5.

Starting in Summer 2026, we are introducing equitable pricing tiers for all programs. The price listed below is the “Supporter” tier, which covers the actual cost of the program. A discounted “Friend” tier is available when you register, as well as a “Partner” tier that includes a contribution towards another family’s tuition, and a “Vision Keeper” tier that invests in our larger vision. Learn more about our tiered equitable pricing model and other financial aid offerings.

If a program is full, please join the waitlist. If there is enough demand, we will do our best to open an additional session.

Mentor’s Choice Camp Week

Both weeks of camp for ages 5-14 are themed “Mentor’s Choice,” which means the mentors draw on their own unique strengths and skills to create a fun and exciting age appropriate plan for each specific group of campers this week. Taking into account campers’ personal interests, a group may take a deep dive into the world of birds, or spend time exploring and learning how to make fire, learning an ancient skill like flint knapping, or practicing their teambuilding skills with a series of fun challenges.  There is always something new to do and discover for any age!

Camp Intentions:

– Co-create a fun week of camp with child input

– Nature connection

– Cooperation and friendship

– Experience Two Coyotes’ core routines (e.g. sit spot, tracking, animal forms, wandering, bird language, mapping)

This is a camp week for all focus and energy levels, but especially for campers who are willing to try something new and learn together with other campers and mentors.
